Comedy Troupe Aims To Laugh Up The Joint

Medical marijuana will get the comedy treatment on Thursday night at Jazz'oo Bar and Lounge, 132 Sparks St., when comics Howard Dover, Russell Barth and Rick Currie join forces in Green Therapy.

The show's aim is to raise awareness of the benefits of medical marijuana and to help bring patients some relief by giving them a laugh or two.

Tickets are $10 at the door, cash only, or are available in advance at CrossTown Traffic, 593C Bank St., phone 613-234-1210, and at 396 Athlone Ave. in Westboro, 613-728-4800.

Doors open at 8:30 p.m., with show time at 9 p.m.
