Nug of the Month Contest - August 2009

We are now accepting nominations for the Nug of the Month contest.

Please submit a photo of your best nug (there is a separate contest thread for plants.) The nug must be your own, either purchased or grown. Optionally, we'd love to hear about the strain, taste, aroma, potency, effect, weight or any other frosty details that you're willing to share.

Once all nominations are in, we will begin voting for a winner. The contest will be open through the last day of the month.

Each first place winner will receive 50 extra rep points and the title "Nug of the Month Winner". Second and third place winners receive 25 and 10 points respectively. Monthly first place winners are automatically eligible for our prestigious "Nug of the Year" contest; to be held in January.

Rules:

1. Contest entries must be original photos of your own nug. The nug photo may include several nugs or a cola.

2. Entries must include ONLY photos of the nug. But you may add one photo as a reference point for size or a closeup/macro.

3. Maximum of two photos per member. Updating photos throughout the month is not allowed.

4. Remember to upload your photo through our Photo Gallery before posting it on this thread.

I started this in greenhouse and after 1 1/2 months moved to 12/12 It has a sweet mild fruit flavor and It works really well when my blood oxygen is down and I get flu like symptoms that would last a few hrs. I vaporize a small chunk and within minutes the nausea stops and about 15 min. I'm back to feelin (normal) also get some energy and munchies. Not sure of breed and am almost out...Bummer...Hoping the patient that gave me seeds has a few more. Mother plant died while I was in hosp. for a week. Wasn't able to get the key to my care provider to water.

The contest for buds is really heating up. Very nice lookin and I can only imagine the high and taste.
These buds are from a Lucky Queen plant from a No Mercy seed given to me by Cee's.(What a great guy) I grew this under the user name Urdedpal if the pic rings any bells from the archives. Its extremely dense. I don't quite remember the taste but back when I was smoking it I thought it was one of the best smokes I ever produced. The high was extremely strong too. You'll be able to see the plant when it was alive in the plant contest.
