THC and lab test?

Not sure where to post this thread, and my apologies if is not here.

I know that using cannabis does not show in the test labs but I am also a US Veteran and the lab test include everything. Now, how would it show? I know they are testing it on me because they gave me various pain drugs before (if did not work so I went with cannabis and is much better).

So if I look at my lab test results, how would I find it because there are many things they test for.

I did the find the information I wanted. My test showed cannabanoids at 193.3. My VA doctor is a vegetarian and he knows about it. So I am not worry, just wanted to know how will it show.

I need some advice...
I was an avid smoker ( smoking 2-3 times a day) when I was in college for probably 2 years straight. Since I graduated in May, I have only smoked 2 times (July 4th, July 21st). I have a drug test tomorrow at a local hospital and I am curious if I should be okay for the test or if I should buy a detox. I work out often & sweat a lot and drink a lot of water.
