If I smoked today...(Question)

would I be clean by April 22nd? I'm about 6 foot, 190 lbs, maybe 10% body fat. I exercise daily and I haven't smoked in over a year. My friend offered me some bud and I was wondering if I smoked one bowl hit tonight, could I get clean by in about 2 weeks?

Heck yes it would take a couple of days to get out but yes you would be clean. Really the people that worry is the people that smoke daily its harder for them/us to get clean faster but since you havent smoked in over a yr then yeah you would either sweat it out or just drink alot of water

Nope it wont if you say you have been clean for a yr just take precautionary measures and drink alot of water and keep doing your excercising like you do normally and you should be good. By they way one toke in a yr your gonna be super stoned lol

I spent some time in a community halfway house where we would get random UAs all the time and i would watch these guys smoke like Marley and get called to drop drink a shit load of water and come up clean but it depends on your body size the fatter you are the more thc hangs up in your fat cells .

single use usually gets out the system real fast. when i was young i got caught smoking at school when i rarely smoked and i passed a drug test two weeks later. Also if your nervous come apr 22 you could always drink a gallon of water no less that 1 hour prior to the test and you would definately pass. Ive tested it many times
