7-day detox programs...Do they work?

Hello...

I most likely have a drug test coming up. I have been clean for 7 days now, and I thought that I might try these 7 day detox programs. I just started using Total Body Rapid Cleanse. Does anyone know about these programs? Are they successful?

I can probubly get at least 7 days before I gotta test. That product seems like a 1 time deal. That will completely clean me out for good? and not for a day?

Oh that is true forgot about that well you can always drink more water and exercise more often

I use to have to take drug tests(dont know why cause thats not why i was there)and I could smoke the day before one (urine test) and pass by drinking lots of water and I always exercise, but it kinda depends on how big or lil you are too. Im kinda small 5'3.
