Concentra Pre-Employment Physical

Hey guys, whats up. I've been lurking around here for a while but this is my first post.

Anyway, I need to get a pre-employment physical through a company called Concentra (its a national company so I'm hoping someone here has had experience with them) for a job I just got. The HR person I talked to only mentioned a physical, nothing about a drug test, but I know that this company does drug tests as well so that's what kind of worries me. I called up Concentra and asked if I would need to bring anything and if it was just a regular physical, etc. trying to see if I could figure out if they were going to drug test me, but all they said was that it was a regular physical and that the only thing I needed to bring was photo ID. Is there a law that states a company has to notify you of a pre-employment drug test before making you take one? Part of me feels like I am freaking out over nothing but the HR lady at my job seems kind of spacy and the other part of me feels like she just forgot to tell me about it.

The last time I smoked was about 10 days ago when I took 3-4 hits of a weak-ass joint (I don't know if this matters but I barely got high). Before that I hadn't smoked for a good 2 months, so I am assuming I was clean before then. I'm skinny (6 ft/160 lbs), have good metabolism, and I exercise pretty regularly. I have been trying to drink a lot of water to dilute as well. I feel that I should be good to pass the test if I go in next week, which would make it over 2 weeks since I last smoked.

Sorry for the long post and I know I'm probably freaking out over nothing but I just want some other opinions regarding my situation.

I had a test at Concerta myself and ended up using substitiution. I found out about the test right before Thanksgiving and quit using on Thanksgiving day, my test was December 13. I tried to detox however it didn't work and so substitiution was my best option. If you go to one that stays open 24 hours I suggest going very early in the morning like 7:30 am good luck to you

If they don't tell you its for a drug test then its just for health reasons. Which is exactly why you should sub with synthetic urine. They're looking for pre-existing conditions so they don't have to pay for your healthcare. Don't fall for it. Just pickup some synthetic and experiment with keeping the temp right.
