I just bought a new vaporizer and wanted a little input from some who have a little more experience.
I opted to go with a mid-priced one... glass top and tube. Hit it twice so far, and as it stands right now I'm only feeling a mild buzz, nothing i'd compare to smoking it. Am I doing something wrong (not sure what or how) or is it just because I didn't opt to get a more expensive? My bag is getting a little dry, does that have an impact? How much should I put in the bowl? |

Moister material will vaporize better but it shouldn't keep it from working totally. Those mid priced vapes aren't the best which doesn't help. You need to experiment to get it right. Provided it ever does get there. You HAVE to grind the weed up really well for vaporizers. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I got my vapir one v5.0 for $75.00 but it was a special one time deal only.
The worst electric vape I've used is one of those cheap glass balls sitting on top of a base. Fill the metal cup that sits inside with weed, cover with the old round fish bowl and turn it on. Very cheap and no temp control. I've had one sitting in a box out in the shed for 4 years now. Basically it's a soldering iron with a metal cup on the end mounted in a wood base and covered with a glass bowl. The best powered vape I've used is the vapir one v5.0. Works great! The worst hand held manual vape I've tried is this new stainless steel hugegrins vape on ebay. Nothing comes from it but butane fumes. The best hand held I've tried is the Ubie but only if you use it in the wrong way. You add the weed, shake it down towards the mouth piece and then heat the glass around it. The glass heating up vapes the material. I'm waiting on my vaporstar right now. Maybe if I had told them who I was and what site I helped they might have shipped it faster huh?lol
