tiny white mites in my coco coir help

after watering i have noticed little white mites in my coco coir these mites float to the top when i water and then dissapear back into the soil no vissible sighn of damage to the plant but wouid like to get rid of them as soon as possible any ideas on what they are and how to get rid of them wouid be very much appreciated thanx in advance
