there is no way i can go looking for my post that i started forever ago so...
my case is going very well. the judge is retiring soon and my lawyer could not understand why he made the ruling he did on my dismissal. so what my lawyer did for me was file an appeal on the judge himself. attacking his personality, and his credibility. he just won a case similar to mine, except hers not being pot. by filing this same appeal. it will take about a year but from what my lawyer says, im still looking at my case being dismissed. what he did was give my testomony to our senator judy robson! i have a meeting with her next month..   ok so i looked. if anyone wants to ketckup worried
