Butter/Weed Ratio?

I know it all depends on how potent your nugs are, but generally what is the ratio of weed to butter when making cannabutter?

To be more specific, if I use 1/8th of my dankest, how much butter should I make with this?

atleast 2oz to a pond of butter, good rim is best for butter, and small scraggy buds.

I use 500gm unsalted butter for 1 ounce of weed.

This is some delicious white widow though right? I believe that many, including myself, have tried many varying recipes with some crappy $120 oz in order to save money and it's not that easy. My one successful attempt was using a half oz. in a batch, but I ate 5 brownies. Pretty good time

I think the rule of thumb is, if you start with crappy weed, you get a crappy result.
