Mini Hash Choco Cakes (canna oil)

so i had a question about the following recipe as i have recently started using canna oil and looking for recipes that i can use.

i found this recipe for a very yummy microwave choco cake made in a mug and want to know how to incorporate hash :)

now normally i prepare my canna oil by heating gently on a stove. however i have heard it can be done in microwave in a far shorter time.

so i was wondering how, and whether or nut i should make it with the bud IN IT, or if i should make the oil first and use it in the recipe, but i figured that when it is put into the microwave second time it could burn or destroy the thc.
so if some 420 genius could give me a couple of tips that would be super :)
i think my microwave is 800W. :)

When should i microwave the bud oil and for how long?
Should it just integrate with the cake mix and do it that way?
