I just made cannoil by finely grinding up a quarter of dank and putting it in two cups of vegetable oil. I will put it in a dark closet and shake every day for about two weeks. there is one problem though, i did this without proper research and have found that it is stupid to make cannoil without heating the bud or the oil sometime during the process (to convert thca to thc). I would really like to do this without heat but, if necessary, can i just put the oil in a crock pot after a few weeks and slow cook it. or should/can i just keep doing what im doing and not heat. also, i dont plan on making brownies, i plan on eating the uncooked oil, maybe in soup or popcorn or something (or straight up). thanks for any input.

Just pour it into a pan and put on low simmer for about 15 minutes. Thats all you need. I usually use about 7 grams of shake added to canola oil and add that to my brownie mix. Very powerful.
