Im making some butter right now....I have some leaf mass (10g) , one fresh Big Bang nug(3g) - 100g butter.
   I wanna know can i overcook it ... ive ben cooking it for 2h ...some say thet you should let it simmer for 1,2,3h can i overcook it if I let it simmer for longer period of time?

It looks great! I simmer mine for about 2 hours. As long as the temps stay low it's fine.

    Now it has to wait for 5-6 h and then ...MMMMM My girl's going to make some nice creamy cakes so ...I'll share them with you guys and girls !

yes you can overcook it bud. in terms of duration its just like anything, you can slow cook it for as long as you want to but if it evaporates you'll regret it. otherwise just be sure the temperature doesn't go over 200 degrees and enjoy

I simmer mine for 2 hrs. in a small crock pot. This works fine and will keep you from overcooking, which will diminish the quality. I never really cared for the taste. Has anyone tried active charcoal filtration for this?

I didnt use my second butter , insead i freezed it ...did I lose anything with that .
Im planing on making some cookies tomorow. |

If you ice bag the trichs from the leaf or bud first,
you can reduce the bad taste while buddering the good.
