cooking with kief? / stems

i have a nice lil bit of kief and want to put to good use but i dont wanna smoke it b/c it burns up to fast. is there any way to cook with it? can i sub it out for bud in cannibutter? and just outta curriousity.... does anyone know an efficient use for stems or are they not worth the time? thanks guys

1 depends on how much Kief u have you'd need probably about 5 grams to a quarter ADLEAST...... And if u saved about 1 to 2 pounds of nice crystal stems then u cood make decent butter.. I'd put like a quarter of kief and the stems together...
