So sad. I don't think Marc will get the 5 years but I'm sure they're going to try and make an example out of him. The good thing is he'll be very popular in federal prison just like Tommy Chong was.

Marc can be a pain in the neck for the government, but he is our pain in the neck. Do not let this Canadian Cultural Icon get stuck over in the U.S. Jail system.
