Sorry. I swear this will be the last post EVER from me on this damn book. But, if anyone wants a PDF of the front cover, contents page, introduction and a later chapter so they can see more about the actual contents, then please PM me and I'll send it out to you. You could also mail info@headstuffbooks.com with the word PDF in the header.

It's hard to take any chapter out of context, but I think you should understand most of this one, it's fairly short. The earlier chapters are about not spoiling the high and avoiding bad highs; this is from a later section on things that you can do with the high to explore it or intensify it.

That's very kind of you. I was gong to leave it at that, but-

Although they were in the minority, after reading a couple of negative comments to the title of my book ('How to Be Good at Being Stoned'), the publishers and I have decided to change the title to something far more descriptive; 'Cannabis & Meditation - An Explorer's Guide'.

I really do feel that any user (not just people who want to explore the high) will benefit from reading it, but I also think that this new title isn't as confrontational as some found the old one.

Thanks everyone for your help and support:) I really do appreciate your input, both bad and good, it's all positive and helpful.

i thought the old title was cool man. it sounded ballsy at first (like who the hell's going to tell me how to smoke?) but after reading the thread i thought it was probably the perfect title. i'll still be picking up a copy either way as soon as i'm not digging in my pockets for change. can't wait.

:) That's heartening. Your reaction to the title though was just a little bit too common and not all were as open-minded as you unfortunately.

Anyway, after the name change we had to close the home site down and rework it, but today I am happy to say that as from acouple of hours ago it's up and running again. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out too.
