I can't say anything bad about this place.lol Just when I think they have gone as far as a store can without losing money...they do something to surprise me. The wife and I were using our whip gourd in a wrong fashion and the result was a broken gourd. I emailed Mack and received several different emails from a couple of different people. All told me I would be taken care of. They were right. I received two seconds gourds free of charge. These had small cracks that would never effect the operation of the gourd and one has to search to find them. They didn't have to do this but man am I glad they did.

I love the vaporstore and promise you will too!!!! So far if I have a problem or need the vaporstore has bent over backwards to help me. They put the customer first and that's rare this day and age. If you need a good vaporizer or vaporizer accessory please call or order from the vaporstore. Quality products at quality prices with above quality customer service. It doesn't get any better.
