Don't know if I deserve to win but I have a neighbor friend that comes over to visit and when he does we have a couple hits to get our mind right, which is great but my neighbor has very bad lungs from birth and when he tokes he coughs and chokes as though it's going to kill him. I want to be a good host so I always tell him that I've got to get a vaporizer to be able to entertain my guest without killing him but in reality I can never purchase a vaporizer because I live on Social Security Disability and living on SSD there is no way that I can afford to purchase a vaporizer. Does this qualify me?
