random thinking

where does a soul go when it has nowhere to roam,

where does the mind go when it has no home.

walking at night,

in the moon light.

feet shuffling along,

hearing crickets sing their song

backpack on my shoulder,

to much freedom, carrying it like a boulder.

looking at the stars,

strain to see mars,

grab a tree and climb,

let the brain unwind,

i can rest here there is room.

walking all night, the sun will be up soon.

in a few hours it will be time to go,

i am thankful there is no snow.

Instead we got weather
Thats really cold.
I can bet by the time the day gets old
the plants will be frozen
and starting to grow mold.
As bold as the sun is
it hides behind clouds
Is it a lesson to be taught
or a punishment
brought
on by the
ingnorance of the unlucky
ones, who sit behind their desk avoiding the sun.
What they dont know that we know is
Its all about the loved ones
and the fun we can have
Smile everyday and be glad

dont waste it being sad
