A simple human I shall never be.
Tamed, used and commanded by a system,
All that I really want is to be free.
We are just all a part of the subsystem,

Makes all this work real as a sand clock.
I’ll never give in before any threat
And believe me I could sit here and mock.
But I prefer to go out and forget.

An ordinary man that I’m not to be,
I want to find a new humanity
Because its part of my dreams to be free.
In life, I want more creativity,

Knowing that your mind is stripping away,
Strange kind of terrors, if you think that way.

I can empathize with your thoughts SantiWoodser. For me it represents a dose of reality...understanding of the modern condition.

I think that compliance with a corrupt and immoral system is the wrong mindset. Seeking to achieve what is right for you with reference to the rest of the culture; being dissatisfied with the way things are and hoping for or creating change on a personal or local level is healthy. It's not one extreme or the other, tame or wild. There's a place each of us finds when we are being truest to ourselves and our beliefs that will usually be somewhere in between.
