No offence man, but you need a lot of help. LOL Lights and ventalation are 2 of the 3 things a plant needs. The third is soil. Now, your soil looks nice and dark which usually means it has pleanty of nutrients in it to last your plants a few months at least. So it's too early to start adding more ferts. How ever, your soil appears to have a lot of big chunks of wood and bark in it. These work well to airate the soil, but also absorb a lot of water and wont release it very easily. They also make your soil more acidic depending on the type of wood and bark. If it's pine, look out.
