wow your story is very interesting. welcome to the site. i am glad to here that you have come to peace with marijuana as a medication. too many people think because a doctor perscribes pills it will be like magic and make you all better. my son is now 13 and he was on ADHD medication at the age of 4. he needed the pills at first. it did help for him to focus and succeed in school. but as time went on i realized that i put too much power in the pills. i expected him to "get better" as he got older. he has been off all medication for about 2 years now, and although he is not "cured" he can function as a person. maybe in a few years i will share with him my "medicine" and help him in his adult years because ADHD does not go away when you grow older.
