My insomnia is ruining my naturally neutral demeanor and I have found it intollerable to look on the "bright side" of things because of my average 3 hours of sleep a night...
The only thing I have found to help is Bud, but alas.. I have found no doctors who would agree, they sooner suggest a pill which I dont want to take... something like Prozac to calm my anxiety...
Fuck that.. the world would be better if my medicine was accepted in our society.
Somone please help.
