9. No California law enforcement personnel or funds shall be used to assist or aid and abet in the enforcement of Federal cannabis hemp marijuana laws involving acts which are hereby no longer illegal in the State of California.
This would be unprecedented and just plain fucking great! I'd support this in a heartbeat. Good move .
As I've been alluding to for a while...no support from local and state law enforcement...no more DEA...period, end of story.
(Well, that can't be guaranteed, but the DEA would have a helluva harder time busting in CA.)
