I urge everyone not to forget that "WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT"
The great thing about California and other states which have
Citizens initiatives, is, WE MAKE THE LAWS.
WHen California passed 215, the entire state changed.
then many states followed suit.
If we collect enough signatures to get this initiative on the ballot,
I believe the people of California will vote for it.
Especially Farmers.
Everything we can make from OIL and TREES can be made from MARIJUANA.
