i'm confused about this. i'm using 8, 20 watt cfl's for 7 plants in a cabinet about 2'x1'. my plants seem short, but very healthy.
what i don't understand is how to measure the light and know if this is the right amount. you mentioned "watts of light". i thought watts was only a measurement of power usage, not light emitted.
i think what i want to measure is lumens, can you tell me how to do that and if i have enough? thanks, love and buds
