Yes it's possible to grow weed with floros and a good grower might be able to coax a average to decent harvest but the big yields come from the big lights. Otherwise the big growers and the dutch would be using them.
I'm not dissing floros in any way here either. They definitely have a place in the grow world and I agree that they make for a great beginner learning tool plus I've used them for vegging and cloning for years. But big yields come from big lights with high lumen outputs with penetration into the plant so more of the actual lumens are absorbed.
