The government is most likely using memory loss as a scare tactic to keep people from using MJ. My husband's memory doesn't seem to be effected long term. He hasn't smoked for a year now and he seems normal to me. But while smoking large amounts, I'm sure his memory was effected. He said he use to be stoned for weeks at a time, and he hated coming down at all.
