What the heck are you talking about? Your post confuses me more than informs me. I use my reverse osmosis "FILTERS" to clean my well water. Not my septic tank!
NEVER have I heard of anyone using RO filter set ups to clean sewer water for growing or drinking. My "WELL" water runs over 400 parts per million normally. After cleaning my "WELL" water with the reverse osmosis set up my parts per million meter reads 2 to 4 parts per million. I would drink my reverse osmosis cleaned water over any rain water or distilled water or even city water any day! And I "NEVER" need to add chems to my reverse osmosis water as all the impurities have been removed in the filtering process.
