I think what ***** is saying is that should be common sense to know better and if you do have a legit reason to obtain a card then you should have a little more knowledge then that about what is allowed when registered. Smoking any type of cannibas in public card or not you are looking for jail time or at least some very avoidable harrasment by the police because it is illegal to smoke in public or should I say where the public can view you or smell it. Please if you are legit stay within the rules because it will hurt us all in the end if not.......thanks!
