Hi all just started my seeds 10 days ago 2 norther lights and2 white wid so i am told they are about 5 inches in height and have been potted for 7 days my light (enviro light) is about 3 feet above them. Today one fellover is my light to high is it an ok light or will it only do veg do i need to upgrade to sodium will post photo when i figure out how (if anyone can tell me) any help will be appreicated greatly thanks

so is evrything lookin ok anyone see any thing i need to change any addvice let me know what you all think thanks all and woo just looked at my gall 46 hit on the box the light came in will try and get the whole box in as it give spectrum details as well the light and refector cost £70 is that ok
