Re: Depression: Medical Marijuana Is A Successful Therapy
Interesting discussion.
Like many of the previous posters I’ve been on anti-depressants for years. On Prozac almost since it was approved in the early 80’s and now I’m on Effexor. The benefits of the drugs for depression were always vague and hard to pin down. At times I felt like the placebo effect gave better results than the actual drugs themselves. But there was no denying the side effects. The reduction in my libido could not be denied.
After almost 30 years of not smoking, I’ve recently been lighting up to see if I can reduce the pain of my migraine headaches. I’ll be watching with interest to see how smoking effects my depression.
