That soil mix sounds very rich. Keep it simple.

40% Perlite / Hydoton (hydroton is less poisonous to humans)
20% Worm Castings
40% Regular potting mix.
and a handful of chicken shit / dynamic lifter.

But mix it up and let it sit in for a couple of weeks (preferably up to three months) to break down the mix as much as possible.

For budding, just supplement with seaweed concentrate.
