Well, since it is a double it takes a little more to clear it than a normal bub, but the snork definitely helps by clearing it from the bottom of the pipe. I think if it had a normal carb I'd have to pull a lot harder to clear it and there would probably be a little stale smoke left in the bottom for the next person if they didn't blow it out. So next time you get a bub, try to find one with a snorkel...they're nice.
