Hi Kabar, your experience pretty much mirrors mine.

The last time I smoked was in 1977 and in those days no one paid any attention to the terms Sativa or Indica. Most lids (do they still call them that?) were a mixture of seeds, stems and leaves; no buds.

For what it’s worth, my doctor suggested using mostly Sativa for migraines. Like you, I’m still experimenting.
