We are trying to keep things real here and accurate so I feel the need to correct things so that new growers aren't misled. If I could edit your title to reflect the truth I would. You do not have 790 watts of light! You have 164watts. Period! It does not matter that the light output from these floros equals the light output from 790watts of incandescent lighting. 1st We do not use incandescent lights to begin with. 2nd we only add the actual wattage of any bulb. If it uses 15 watts then it's a 15 watt bulb. To say anything else is not the truth and could mislead newer growers. I myself don't want to spend the next year or so trying to tell new growers that their wattage isn't even close to what they think it is and have them pointing to your thread for the source of their info.
I'm sorry if this upsets you. It's not my intention. My intention is to make sure any and all growers. New or old. Understands that the wattage a light uses is the wattage it is. Not what it's suppose to be "equal too".
