Ok, I'm glad you like this article, but this came directly from NORML. So I didn't exactly write it.
I do think you are right that some people can handle smoking weed better than others, it really depends on how much tolerance you have for it, not to mention the potency of the weed it's self. Smoking and driving ain't for just everyone, and in the interest of legalization, I could live with these guidelines for smoking and driving.

Secondly, If you read the posting guidelines, you will notice that discussing other substances is not allowed. So therefor I place a * in the middle of the word so that it's keeps within the guidelines but still makes the point...cool?
