It sounds like he was really trying to push the boundaries of the compassionate use act. Some people allow greed to motivate there actions. But eeven saying that, if I was setting on the jury I would have voted not guilty. You can't allow plants. Clearly unconstitional and unethical. Jury nollification people. If you get the chance use it.
