Get rid of the reflector, by a dual y adaptor (lets you plug in two bulbs to the one socket) get another bulb and keep the lights 2" away from the plants. Move the plants closer to the wall so you can get the reflection off the wall. You are going to need a cheap little fan too... That may run you twenty bucks.... Good luck to you...... Start saving your pennies for lights down the road too, you are going to need them...
