Its great to hear this club will be reopening. This is so important for the area as so many people in the Imperial Valley had no resource for MM unless they travelled long distances.

I will never understand how someone can be issued a business license and then saying that does not give them a license to set up shop. I saw this happen with the Hayward clubs too. Why issue a license in the first place? I would be curious to know if this is a common practice or if this is saved for special people that could affect their re-elections.
