Well, again, that is where we are here in Oregon. Our mmj law was very specific from the start and didn't include mental conditions that rightly should have been included like depression, bi-polar, PTSS and eating disorders. We have managed to add "Agitation due to Alzheimer's" to the list of qualifying conditions, but that is all.

The affirmative defense was destroyed by Stormy Ray and Madelin Martinez during the SB 1085 debacle. They raised the number of starts and increased the dry amount of cannabis we could have on hand, but they traded away our affirmative defense. It was not a good trade.

We are working with the system we have and trying to expand it.
