I like this idea a lot, although, it allows the oclcc to govern prices. I am already part of the Olcc(card holder) so, I wonder how that works. Imagine, beer gardens are events, and weed gardens too!

I do not like how it abolishes the OMMP - as if they law somehow gets overturned, we would be w/o any pro marijuana laws.
