i agree that they should have to pay for the equipment and its definitely a victory for medical marijuana but i think they should also include a new law that states the amount of time it takes to return the supplies including court proceedings etc. i mean if this guy is seriously sick and the only way for him to get medical marijuana is by growing it himself, does that mean he's been in agony for three years or on pain killers that eventually kill your liver and kidneys? even though its a victory, it took so damn long, they should change that
