i don't see this making any difference in the long run. he's just another victim of the drug war. until attitudes change people with power will always abuse their power. its human nature. look at history. as for the cops they'll probably end up working for some small towns leo dept. lets hope for jail. they like cops in jail.

yep, i know there are exceptions but they usually die of questionable circumstances.
