I forgot to mention that I was the first in Southern California to use the "Prop. 215" defense. The jury was not allowed to hear the "Medicinal Use" aspect, but my conviction was later overturned by the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Santa Ana, Ca. Ironically where it all started for me.
