Unfortunately your state of PA doesn't allow either iniatives of referendums. There's been a long running battle to change this; but it's been blocked by big business for nearly 100 years. You can read about this here ...State I&R


So the only way PA is getting decrim or medical is through politicians and the legislature.

Your best bet is to join in with like minded friends trying to change things....Welcome to PhillyNORML
