After all the paperwork and evaluations, I was told I was denied because I could work two hours a week at a occupation I worked 15 years prior. Which included standing all day under flourescent lights (big no no), holding a knife all day and carrying heavy glass long distances.
So I did just that...and started having seizures again. Now what? I wish I would have gotten a lawyer from the very beginning, this has been three wasted years trying to move forward.
Get your lawyer, let him do the footwork, and best wishes. Keep us posted.
