I think what everyone is trying to deal with is not the MMJ growers but the criminal element that starts to become invovlved whenever there is a lot of money floating around the area. It isn't the growers fault, its the crooks trying to steal from everybody. They just need to enforce the laws they already have and incarcerate the criminals.
