i think you should introduce your plants to the sun they are still young just dont put them somewhere the sun the gonna burn them with the heat try to put them in a shaded area but the sun still getting good light on them! and i dont think it would harm them they would be kinda like 24/7 just with sun and light i would suggest just leaving them outside or inside less moving them around and causing some shock
