My experience with a pain management contract is NOT for them to test you for illegal drugs. I myself suffer from migraine headaches and before I started smoking for the migraines I used to go in almost everyday and get a very heavy n*rcotic pain injection called dila*did. i was getting so many injections they got worried that I was addicted to it like many people get from pain meds, well if its a noticable use on your health history that doctor will give you something call "pain management contract" and what it is, is a piece of paper stating that you will only come in a certain amount of times a month to get pain medications, so basically they are trying to keep you from becoming a drug addict with perscription drugs. It has nothing to do with testing you for drugs but every hospital is different so reading the contract before signing it would probably be good to do as well... lol good luck! And just to let you know I would defenately go with Cannabisy the Pain medications. As soon as I started smoking I stopped having to go into the doctor to get any injections... weed is a miracle drug that shoudl be shared with the world!
